In my personal and professional practice, I always recommend Journaling especially as it helps tune in and bring unresolved/ unseen/ unheard “Parts” of you together.
Thank you Frederik, I really appreciate your effort in adjusting the price! I just wanted to share some additional thoughts—I’m a software engineer, and professional Substacks like ByteByteGo charge only $59 annually, often with discounts. While your Substack is insightful and informative, it still feels more like a 'nice to have' rather than a must-have. Similar authors, like Morgan Housel, offer their invaluable insights for free. I’m not suggesting you do the same, but I do think a more competitive price could make it much more appealing and accessible.
This is in some ways very similar to Internal Family Systems therapy framework, where you're working to understand the "parts" of you and forge compromises between them to move forward.
Very interesting to see how it crops up in the writing / creative world too!
I love this Frederik!
For me Stuckness= Signals Inner Conflict

Glad it resonated!
Yes, stuckness is a messenger. It's our job to connect with the parts that are involved and meet the mystery with curiosity and compassion. :)
This is dope!
Happy to hear it resonated!
Thanks. I like your content, but I wish your subscription were a bit more affordable. Then I would have subscribed.
Hi Mahdi. I get that. It felt appropriate when it was still finance focused. I've now changed it to 7 a month which should be more accessible.
